General Information

Billing : Minimum space sold is one inch. Measurements will be billed at next highest half-inch in depth if a fraction. Advertisements ordered deeper than 19 inches will be charged full depth of column. The Charlotte Post rates are net. Bills are rendered on date of publication.

Terms are net 30 days.

Copy Acceptance: Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement regarded as objectionable in wording or appearance and may require the word "advertisement" in any ad. All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and the subject matter of the advertisement. The agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from any loss of expense resulting from claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, or copyright infringement.

Errors and omissions: on the part of the publisher in any advertisement shall not constitute a breach of this contract but shall entitle the advertiser to a pro rated discount. The publisher may, without any cost to the advertiser, make corrected insertions on only that part in the advertisement error. In case of contract, the publisher is responsible for first run errors only.

Classified Payment Schedule/Categories: Cash in advance. Net 30 days to qualified customers.
