Mary Elizabeth Murphy, author of RESET Your Buttons®, will be presenting three workshops at the BYOF (Bring Your Own Friends) Day at IKEA Charlotte. The three 30-minute seminars – titled "RESET Your ButtonsTM Recharge, Rejuvenate and Refresh for Spring” – will take place at 11:00AM, 1:00PM and 3:00PM at IKEA Charlotte. Murphy will present techniques to teach attendees how to reset their buttons and create relationships that work. Attendees at each session will receive a copy of RESET Your Buttons® and be entered in a drawing for a meal for two at the IKEA Restaurant. Seating is limited to 30 people per session.

Other activities at BYOF will include: free breakfast coupons, free IKEA blue bags, design tips, free food tastings, and hourly gift card giveaways for those who register for the BYOF event. The IKEA BYOF Day is a nationwide, in-store event featuring special perks, activities and giveaways to be shared with friends and family.
