Splitting CMS into 3 districts

Grassroots efforts are underway to split CMS into 3 school districts, a Northen, Central, and Southern districts. What do you think about this idea.

I think it would be a wise thing to do, since it seems way to large to handle effectively as it now stands. However, I would be concerned about the interests of the decision-makers that actually put the plan in place. It's re-districting, if you will, and it could be done in a balanced way ? or not.
